- We mainly offer 5 day weekday rentals (Monday - Friday).
- Unless shown below, weekends are not available for rent.
- Rate: Shoulder Season (June or Sept) $1200-1400 for 5 day/4 night period, Mon - Fri.
- Rate: High Season (July or Aug) $1600 for 5 day/4 night period, Mon - Fri.
- Check-in: Monday 10am
- Check-out: Friday 5pm

A status of "RSVD" (Reserved), means that we are waiting to receive
the Rental Agreement & Deposit from the potential renter. 7 days is given to finalize the transaction.
Our rental process starts in March each year.
We offer priority to returning renters, and then send out an email to our mailing list.

To book a rental period, please follow these simple steps:

- Please check out our available dates above.
- Read the information on this website. If you have any questions before
applying for a booking, please don't hesitate to email us:

- Request a booking via email, specifying the rental period you are interested in.
- Once the rental period is confirmed to be still available, you'll have 7 days to secure your reservation:
- Printing off the Rental Agreement
- Carefully read the terms and conditions.
- Fill out the application section and sign it.
- Mailing, or scan & email it to us along with the required payment.
- During this 7 day period, we will set the rental week to "RSVD" (Reserved)
- Once we have recieved and accepted your signed Rental Agreement and payment,
we will email you a confirmation that your booking is firm.

The required payments are covered in the Rental Agreement
in detail, but the following is a quick example of the required payments if you are booking a week in (July or Aug)

- A deposit of 50% of the Rental Fee ($800) is required at the time of the booking.
The remaining 50% balance ($800) plus Security/Damage
Deposit ($500), for a total of $1300 is due 30 days prior to your first rental day.
